Gloomy Forest Edit in Photoshop | QE #165
Description
In this quickedit video I'm using Adobe #Photoshop to create a gloomy forest image with lots of glow. I start the #PostProcessing by editing the RAW image in the Camera Raw editor. After a few basic adjustments like reducing the highlights, increasing the shadows and adding some clarity I applied some local adjustments to add vignetting and bring more attention to the center part of the photo. Also I used split toning to apply a green-ish colortone to the highlights and a blue on to the darker areas which makes the image more moody in my opinion. I then opened the file in Photoshop where I used the Nik Collection Plug in to apply some more glow as well as a hard light layer to get some more local glow.
