Today's Live Stream - Tourist Destinations, Costa Rica, Collocation - Assortment, use of Instead, Listening Activity (Paris) and two dictation activities. *Mark Kulek does Live Stream Lessons every Tuesday at 5 p.m. and Friday at 10 a.m. - all times are (Japan Asia/Tokyo)*

Tourist Destinations - we will talk about descriptions of places and features - For example: descriptions of places - clean, convenient, inexpensive, lively, peaceful, safe, traditional/historical, boring, crowded, dangerous, dirty, expensive inconvenient, modern, rural, unattractive, friendly. Features - beaches, museums, cafes, amusement parks, historical sites, hot springs, hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, shopping, transportation.

Collocation - Assortment. We will talk about words that go with 'Assortment'. For example: large / rich / vast / wide / odd / strange "assortment". For example: I got an odd assortment of candies for my birthday.

Lolly's Revenge - listening activity: Paris. Sue - What's Paris like? Joe - It's very exciting and safe. Also, there are a lot of trendy cafes. Sue - What is the best thing about Paris? Joe - One upside is there are many historical spots. Sue - What is the worst thing about Paris? Joe - One downside is the museums are crowded.

We will talk about Costa Rica, do a matching activity and do a dictation activity.
