To the United Kingdom (and the 15 other realms she reigns over), Elizabeth II is Queen, but to the royal babies she's simply Gan-Gan. At 91 years old, the Queen has not only eight grandchildren, but seven great-grandchildren. (Duchess Kate gave birth to a baby boy, Prince Louis, earlier this spring and Zara Tindall had a baby girl named Lena Elizabeth this summer.)

The Queen's seventh great-grandchild arrived on June 18. According to Buckingham Palace, "Mrs. Michael Tindall was safely delivered of a baby girl on 18th June, at Stroud Maternity Unit." Her name, Lena Elizabeth, was shared a few weeks later.
